The phrase "First thing" became the concept of this karaoke club in Limassol: let go of control and allow yourself to sing. The architectural language is built on the synergy of opposites. Stone and water, nature and technology, darkness and light come together in one coherent composition.
Massive walls shaped like rock ledges frame the main hall and create a dramatic backdrop. Contour LED lines trace the cracks in the relief and give the room depth. In the centre is a waterfall, a living vertical river. Under RGBW lighting the water takes on the colour of each set, from cobalt to warm amber. A closed-loop system and noise-absorbing inserts keep the sound of the water from competing with the vocals. Living trees, lit from below, soften the power of stone and water and bring freshness to the dark palette.
Light directs the evening. The periphery is warmer and dimmer, the stage is brighter and cooler, and the waterfall gets accents that change with each set. Round lamps with lettering act as landmarks and slogans and as natural selfie points. "First thing. Think later", say the chandeliers. Disco balls under directional light add the festive drive.
The main hall with a stage, a bar and a giant media screen feels like a big concert. Private boxes let guests sing only for their own company. A separate VIP room has its own warmer lighting scenario, more space between seating groups and local acoustics, with sound-absorbing materials built into the rock relief, textiles and perforated panels.
The finishes are made for intensive use: deep dark tones with matte surfaces that do not flash on camera, embossed stone textures and dense upholstery that keeps its shape. Mirrored and glossy inserts appear only where they expand the scene and do not spoil guests' photos.
The interior gives dozens of ready angles for guest photos and videos, invites longer stays and is ready for karaoke shows, VJ parties, screen presentations and private events. It works as a marketing tool without extra decoration or seasonal changes.
