Interior design for a business centre in Limassol: a wow lobby, common areas, conference rooms, office spaces and a rooftop terrace for a high-rise business tower. In this city the sea is always present: in the light, in the air, in its rhythm. This natural context became the starting point of the design, and the marine theme received a delicate, contemporary interpretation. The interior works both as an emotional space for future visitors and as a convincing visual story for marketing communication.
The colour palette is deliberately restrained. Warm beige and sand tones form the base, create a calm background and fill the space with light. Blue and navy accents support this base and quietly recall the sea. The combination keeps the interior elegant and universal, with no risk of dating quickly. Panoramic glazing plays its part in the atmosphere: through the day the sun draws a shifting pattern of light and shadow on the floors and walls, adding depth and living dynamics to the space. To balance the scale of the tall lobby and make it more comfortable, large planting compositions are integrated into the space. They soften the interior, work as delicate spatial markers and form cosy micro-zones within the open plan. Biophilic design supports an atmosphere where it is easy to stay longer: not only to work, but to talk and to rest.
The first thing that catches the eye at the entrance is a sculptural wave under the ceiling. This large-scale architectural installation seems to float above the space; its form recalls sea currents or an unfurled sail. It creates a sense of movement and defines the character of the space. Light slides softly across the textured surface of the structure, producing delicate shimmers like sunlight on water, so the large open space reads as light and dynamic. The element is both an aesthetic accent and a spatial landmark that naturally leads the visitor from the entrance further into the business centre.
Functional and comfortable conference rooms are designed for meetings and presentations. One is a compact hall for a large audience with many seats and a multimedia screen. The other is more informal and open, placed in the lobby, with meeting spots furnished with soft seating groups and decorative elements for relaxed conversations. The cafe became the meeting point for residents: a cosy place for a bite or a work chat over coffee. The gym and SPA support the idea of a healthy balance between work and recovery, and follow the same design concept as the rest of the building. Another level of life in the building is the rooftop space, where the working environment turns into a more relaxed scenario: a place for events, meetings and rest with a view over the city.
The office interiors for the marketing team show the potential of the space without locking it into a rigid style. The offices are finished in a neutral warm palette with delicate marine accents, so future tenants can easily weave their own brand into these interiors. The workspaces support the overall aesthetics of the building: wave-shaped sand panels, deep blue chandeliers, furniture in the composition's colour range and plenty of living plants. Functionally the work zones cover every need of an employee: an accent reception, private offices, open-plan workstations, lounge islands and coffee points. The zones are designed with acoustic comfort in mind and with a considered lighting scenario.
The interior creates a sense of place. The marine plasticity of forms, the changing light and the natural palette shape an atmosphere that is both contemporary and timeless. It is a space that works as an architectural story about the city, the light and the movement of the sea, and it gives every reason to choose this business centre: it has everything for comfortable, effective work and even for rest.
