The Garden of Dreams sits at the top of the second tower of Taryan Towers in Kyiv. It is a vision of a future where nature and technology merge into one harmonious system: a place that lives in sync with the rhythm of the city yet resists its chaos, where a few minutes bring a complete mental reset.

A park above the city

The park spreads over a three-level terrace more than 100 metres above the city. The goal was to go beyond a standard recreation area and create a space for recharging, inspiration and deep focus. The concept draws on bionic forms, the heritage of lost civilisations hidden in the jungle and urban futurism. Architecture here is treated as an organism inside the landscape, and every element, from curved columns to custom furniture, follows natural forms.

Level 1, the water zone

The focal point is a five-metre waterfall built into a rocky structure that seems to rise from the water. It forms the main axis, and the routes run around it. The waterfall is made of hyper-textured concrete that repeats the tactile depth of natural stone.

Level 2, the green zone

The main walking terrace is planted with cascading greenery and has adaptive lighting. The planting palette gives variety in leaf texture, shadow rhythm and seasonal blooming: pine bonsai, hydrangeas, rhododendrons and ornamental grasses sit inside semi-transparent panels of glass and metal.

Level 3, the lounge level

This level is made for gatherings and rest. Soft lounge areas have custom furniture with organic curves, and a luminous LED table is the centrepiece. The bar is made of multi-textured stone, including translucent onyx lit from within, and flows into a branching, tree-like green canopy.

Lighting as emotional architecture

Three lighting scenarios follow the time of day, the activity and the mood. By day, natural light filters through the beams of the dome and plays on water, foliage and reflective surfaces. At night, concealed linear fixtures light tree trunks, crowns and flowerbeds without glare. For events, dynamic RGB systems change brightness and colour temperature and can follow music or movement through a smart control interface.
